Juniors and Seniors enrolled in IB classes have just completed their Internal Assessments, which include taped commentaries, portfolios, projects, in-depth investigations, dossiers, play analyses, and studio work in various subjects. This Internal Assessment component and the oral work required in IB courses accounts for 20-50 % of their final IB score and provides a rigor that distinguishes IB classes from AP courses, in which the entire grade depends on a one-change paper-and-pencil test.
