PTSO Meeting & Elections - April 22 |

The Rufus King Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO) holds its annual elections for next school year's officers at its meeting, Tuesday, April 22, 2008. Nominees for officer positions must be current members in good standing. For more information on officer responsibilities, click "read more."
- President – plan and preside at all meetings, meet with administration
as necessary, present a summary of PTSO activities at meetings.

Vice-President – assume the duties of the president due to absence or inability to serve.

Secretary – record minutes of all meetings, assist the president in
preparation of meeting agendas, publicize meetings, and maintain a
membership list and records of the PTSO.

Treasurer – keep accurate records of receipts and expenditures, present
financial reports at meetings, give an annual report to the school
bookkeeper at the end of the school year.
